Dont drink and ....well just don't drink

Well, this is my pathetic story for the weekend. For those of us who like to drink and enjoy themselves bit. This is what happened to me..... Was in Vegas this pass weekend...arrived Thursday night with the wife and having a good time. Wasn't suppose to leave till late Saturday evening via Southwest Airlines. I was playing no limit hold'em poker and was up about 1K. Looked at my watch and realized that I was leaving in about 2 hours to the airport. Anyways, had a couple too many Mai Tais (i can't spell it), and realized that I have to get to my room and pack up and leave. Well, I went to the restroom to recycle my beverage and realize that I didn't return to my table to cash out.....F*** Me.....and didn't realize it till I got to the airport that my wallet was kind of light. I had plans for that money too... It was going to go towards submissions and I felt like crap all the way home on the flight. I don't think I'll return to Vegas (yea right!) again nor will I drink. Just a really ***tty weekend. I'm really bummed now cos I had about 70+ cards to ship off for grading and now it's going to have to wait
Hope everyone have a great and safe weekend.

RIP GURU
I kept trying to play it over and over and realize that I've never went to the cage to cash out.
I even called back the casino the tell the exact table # and seat I was in and explained what
happened, but there's no record of it. Oh well, I've learned my lesson.

They do.
But, they only share the content when it is in their interest to do so;
or, when a judge says they must.
I like to gamble. Drinking and wagering is not gambling; it is a sure
recipe for losing. 1K is a cheap lesson, if it never happens again.
That would be a girlie-man drink!!

I was at a Table and got separated from my seat & chips for a day/two.
A few forms, Photocopies, Sigs, and I had my Stack back!
Fast forward to current, casino's are growing here in Upper MI. Anyway...
Know several who hold various positions, I have heard them finding many things people have walked away from.
Don't quit calling! Best Wishes

Ive left my wallet in odd places, but never 1 Large. As a solace, print out the cards you were going to purchase with the money, then burn them in the back yard Viking funeral style
and he says that you should contact the Chief of Security
and tell him/her what happened.
The casino definitely has the tape. If the crew was paying
attention, there is a chance that the chips were picked up
and logged in. If a bad guy/gal snatched them, the video will
show that, too.
My friend says this is a VERY common scenario, and that the
casinos are used to dealing with it.
