Ebay feedback- opinions please

I used to leave feedback as soon as I was paid but after a few "challenged -psycho" transactions, I stopped. Now I leave feedback for a seller after I receive the item. Most sellers are great to work with but of course I have had a few bad transactions- ie terrible packaging (my biggest beef), not being honest ect,ect. So, if there is a problem I will give a seller a chance to make it right before I neg them. And I expect the same which is why I withold feedback until the transaction is COMPLETE. Mike-100%
