07 TOPPS MEMORIBLE MOMENT CARDS????????

Can anyone tell me what Topps cards these are? I've noticed on EBAY that there are endless amount of these of Roger Clemens and I'm sure other players??????? Is this like the 98 Topps Tecks series where there was 90 cards of each player?? Thanks for any input you may have!!! Rich

    they are like what Topps has done with the Barry Bonds, AROD and Mantle career HR cards, with a card for each home run they hit.

    With this issue all regular cards are numbered to 150 and represent a certain stat for that particular player, so if AROD had say for arguments sake 120 RBI last year there would be 1 card for each RBI he had and 150 individually numbered cards of each RBI. And that doesnt take into account the parallels for each card with black numbered to 29, red to 1 and then press plates.
