Here are the grades from the $13/5 day special that I handed in on 3/18 at the Sun Times show in Chicago. Item 1 should be a mirror gold not a regular card. It is unreal how poor they are at labeling cards.

Did you write it down in the Variety section on the submission form? That usually helps bring it to their attention.

yes i did. i average about one mechinical error per submission. even if its only one card. i spend plently of time filling out my sub forms correctly. they even screw up on subs that are generated in excel. so its not a problem reading handwriting.

i have gotten a marino auto card labeled as elway. a favre auto card labeled as rothlisberger. some of these are hard to fathom.

Crack it out and resubmit it, you may get a 10!

Otherwise, drop it off at the next show and maybe they'll fix it for free on site for you really fast.
