What do you think a good purchase price would be on a complete full package 1980 Philippines silver proof set, does $140 sound high?

I think Mr. [b[Filam is right. $50 to $55 for an average set. If the coins are particularly nice, especially the lower denominations which are hard to find nice, then maybe the $100 to $150.
