The only 75 rack I've ever owned has a Fred Lynn RC on top and is in my safe. I collected racks with stars on top as a kid and my grandfather bought it for me at a local card show for $75. It was the oldest rack I'd ever seen, and there's no way it'll ever be opened, especially since all the other cards he bought for me were stolen a long time ago, and it's one of the things I have to remember him by.

Man Topps really screwed up...they printed those cards upside down
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
<< <i>I dont know how anyone can not rip open a pack....let alone a vintage rack! LET ER' RIP!!!!!!!!! >>
I don't. Why should I when I already own complete sets of all of the packs? >>
All 9's huh? >>
No, just a complete (I hope) set of all the major 80s unopened wax/rack/cello packs, all of which I also own the respective complete sets. Thus opening the packs would just get me what I already have anyway.
Must have been so much fun, great looking cards there; well except for the obvious centering problems on some ~ what a horrible QA department Topps used to have...

That Aaron I think will get a PD qualifier because of the pink on his jersey on the front. I have an unopened rack with the same exact thing on his jersey. I think about half of his cards half this pink and unfortunalty it is a PD.
Thanks fo rsharing the rip...some really sweet cards there. The centering on the Aaron looks better than I expected from looking at the back, great job!

* If the Aaron was on the front my vote would be to keep sealed.
Paid $210 delivered. What does it cost to grade these racks?

What did Don Hahn do in 1974 that was worthy of a highlight card?

I know I am weird but I love this kind of stuff.
These will go nicely with the other factory miscuts and oddities that I collect.
Thank You.

It's no different than the coin collectors collecting their version of miscuts.
