Re-Colored cards?

I sent in some cards recently, and 3 of them came back as "no holdering, re-colored".

That seems strange to me, I checked them closely with a loupe and even with high res scans, but I could not see any evidence of "re-coloring". Is it possible PSA made a mistake, or are they just seeing something that I did not see?

    Check them with a halogen lamp and a blacklight. I'd bet my bottom dollar you'll see it then.

    Yeah, I am picking up a blacklight right away. I was surprised, but now I know to check them better!
