I have decided not to pursue the complete Charlotte $5 set (CharlotteDude, you win, for now 
) and am selling off some of the coins to fund other coin purchases. The coin listed below is from a total population of fewer than 200 coins in all grades, per Doug Winter's standard reference. It is dirty and original, the way I like them. You may not like them this way, and if that's the case, this coin is not for you. Since my pictures, as usual, suck big time, I will pay your registered mail return, up to $25, if you decide that you do not like the coin, provided it is returned in the same NGC holder, within 10 days, or as otherwise arranged.
NGC grades the coin AU-55, and I have certainly seen worse 55's in PCGS holders, but I would give it about a 10% chance to cross at the same grade at this time. I grade the coin at $3500, including insured, registered mail shipping. Again, if you expect the brightness of the luster to blind you when you open the box, do not bother with this one. The average coin bourse is loaded with bright examples.
