Bad experience with ebay seller: Blocksportscards

Well, I won the item on 3/5/07. They do not take paypal and shipping is outragous..I did bid accordingly with their shipping rates. My check clears on 3/24/07 (don't know why it took them that long to even cash the check) and as their auction says "Funds must clear our bank, regardless if it clears yours".

They also boast:
We are a ebay gold level power seller
We are an active member of SquareTrade.com
We are a full time nationally known PSA & GAI dealer
We are a member of the Better Business Bureau online

If you look at their feeback, it doesnt look bad at first glance. But then scan through...there are a bunch of mutually withdrawn feedback. I bet his FB would endup being around 95% if it werent for that.

I have sent two unanswered emails and about to send my third. Today is exactly one month. There is no way, even with paying by check that it takes this long.

So, not saying I wont get the card...I sure hope I do...but be ready to pay out the a$$ for shipping/insurance and wait a LONG time to receive your product. Very unsatisfied.

Larry is just a laid back guy. He did promise this board that he would get his items out faster, guess he blew that off.

he has had some items that i wanted but.....................I do not need the aggravation.

So, he answers my THIRD email. How does he do this? With SIX return emails all saying the same thing! He even states in his email that it was unnecessary for me to send him 3 emails. So he decides to be an a-hole by sending six and being condescending in his email.

I can guarantee that this will be the ONLY business I do with him.

Tough deal, I never heard of anyone not getting their card but lots of complaints (mostly here) about a frustrating wait period, I may be wrong but I thought I read somewhere that he now had someone taking care of his ebay? I guess not. I saw an auction of his not to long ago but never bid because of these threads.

I read the old posts regarding this douchebag, he would repeatedly post, 3, 4, 5 times the same message in a row.
