1972 O Pee Chee baseball

Doea anyone have an image or spreadsheet of the 1972 O Pee Chee baseball card by card checklist? Possibly a link to a website with it? At the very least does someone know the series cut offs (ie. Series 1 = 1 to 132, Series 2 = 133 to 264, etc...)

Thanks

Thanks. If anyone knows the series cutoffs that would be really great.

I just bought the 2007 Giant Beckett annual, and I cant believe OPC isnt in there (if it is and I am missing it let m know which page(s). Thanks

According to the checklists the series are:
    1-132
    133-263
    264-394
    395-525 (end of set)
I got this info from the set registry here at PSA.
Link to set: #1 1972 OPC set

BTW, all the players are listed there too.

72 opc had 2 series only , 1st series is topps series 1+2 and and 2nd series is topps series 3+4. players are all the same as topps (hodges card lists his death is a variation )

    hope this helps

Thanks for the info pack, but if what you say is true, then I wonder why an OPC collectors website (in the post above from jimq112) states this:

"One of the most original design ever, which makes this set very appealing to the collectors. Although production numbers are unknown, it seems like the cards from 1972 are easier to find than the ones from the years right before or after. This set generates a lot of action at local shows and on eBay. Cards from the third series (395-525) demand a small premium. Card #465 Gil Hodges is popular because it has a death notice on front, while Topps didn't. This set is identical to the 1972 Topps regular set, except it is written <Printed in Canada> on the reverse and the backs are bilingual."

    nam , no idea.

take a look at my auctions from the link in my signature. I have 2 raw cards up now #439 Billy Williams (4th series topps)and #270 Jim Palmer (3rd series topps). These came from packs from the opc boxes marked 2nd series that are very plentiful and usually available on ebay.

Called a well known dealer, and here is the info:

1 to 263 is series 1 in OPC (its series 1 & 2 combined in Topps)

264 to 525 is series 2 in OPC (its series 3 and 4 combined in Topps)

Not sure if this helps....I checked an older yeaerly SCD (2003). It lists the 1972 OPC series as the following:

    Common player: (1-132)
    Common player (133-263)
    Common player (264-394)
    Common player (395-525)

So I'm assuming they came in 4 series because there were different prices listed for all four series.
