Anyone care to take a stab at the PSA grade of this 1978 Rangers Team Card?

edit: Since Joe Orlando is looking for an extra PSA grader. I though it would be fun to guess the grade of this puppy!

Frayed top edge, 3 of the 4 corners look good, color is so-so. I'd say a 6 or 7.

Not centered like a 10... and maybe not a 9.

Plus, I don't like the marks on the top edge.

Let me add it also looks miscut along the top? I guess it's ok for an OPC though?

I would call it an 8, but guessing they gave it a 9 or 10 which isn't out of the realm of possibility for OPC cards. They might not have docked it for the rough top edge.
