With the new Schuller (sp?) horizontal-strike presses in use, that is about as far off-center as you will find a coin these days. Very interesting that it made it all the way into a roll. Excellent find.

Paul I just found one from a 1989-P mint set with doubleing along the neck, liberty, in god we trust. But the best looking spot is Roosevelts ear lobe. Wish I was able to make decent photos so I could show it.
