I can't believe I was outbid on a 1978 Cesar Geronimo PSA 10. I bid $115 and I thought I was insane for it. $117 argh. Anybody else bid a bit more than you want... thinking you're no doubt going to win and then bam! you don't win?

    Try sniping, its a tried and true method.

    Yeah. It generally works for me. Just sorta sniped a 1963 Bob Purkey Bazooka PSA 9 (1 of 1) none higher card. I just hate when I go beyond my comfort zone on price and then still get rocked in the end. Makes me think I need to bid 3x the value on the cards I can't pass on.
