Why did NJ Devils fire thier coach?

I don't really follow them, but this seems really strange given the great season they've had and when playoffs are about to start.

    Who knows .... I was at yesterdays Devils/Bruins game which the Devs won 3-1. All certainly seemed well up to that point?

    This is the second year in row GM Lou Lamarillo has done this. Supposedly, despite the team's record, he didn't think the players were playing with enough heart.
