What do I do in this case....?

I recently won an ebay auction for a Euro set NGC graded MS67-68 and won 8 coins for $40. Given the condition of the coins I think it was a good enough deal and received the coins in a week's time. I noticed that a couple of slabs were damaged in transit though they were in a bubble envelope (no other extra padding).
I already left a +ve feedback for the transaction and would just send a note to the seller about this (not expecting anything) and later probably when it is time to sell the coins invest an extra $10 for re-holdering.
What other options do I have? Should I put these in the NGC muti-holders (I guess would need two of them) or ask seller for some compensation?
Please give your opinions on this.

Ah, but how do you know they were damaged in transit? Could that have been the existing condition at the time of sale?
Either way, if the damage was not revealed through auction pictures you probably have some consideration due you; if damaged in transit it would have necessarily taken a mighty blow- then you might have recourse to insurance.
This was not insured so I was not expecting anything from the seller. I did write to him about the same and he gave me free shipping for the next order.
Works if there's anything you want to buy from him- otherwise, it's just a sop...
