I need help dealing with three PITA buyers:
Buyer #1-
She’s complaining because the handbag I sold her in my auction “Handbag with Genuine Authentic Gucci Tag” is a fake. Well I bought that handbag at a 95% off table at TJ Maxx. Now I admit that the bag is not Gucci. However, when I was in Nordstroms, I took a genuine authentic tag off a Gucci handbag, so I know the tag is real. I later attached that tag to this handbag. My auction clearly states, “Handbag with Genuine Authentic Gucci Tag”. I never claimed the handbag was Gucci, only the tag. It’s another clear case of the buyer not reading the auction carefully. How can I fight a SNAD claim with eBay?
Buyer #2-
Yesterday I sold a 2001 Chevy Malibu as being in mint condition with only 20,000 miles. I had done a good job having the collision damage from the two accidents repaired and having the flooding odors from Hurricane Katrina masked over. When the buyer showed up he didn’t have a clue about this lemon. So he drove off in it (I couldn’t believe it started on the first try). Well this morning he’s saying the odometer reads 90,000 miles and he’s going to do a chargeback. Stupid me, I forgot to have the odometer turned back. Any ideas on how can I prove to PayPal that the buyer drove the car 70,000 miles in one day?
Buyer #3-
This clown is from some foreign country. The idiot sends me cash. Can you believe it, cash in the mail, from a foreign country no less?! So naturally I figure I don’t even have to ship the item to him. I mean what’s he gonna do, take a slow boat to Boston over a lousy $200? Well one thing I didn’t figure on was feedback. He’s threatening to leave me a neg for keeping his money and not shipping the item. Is there anyway I can get eBay to NARU him for feedback extortion?

Although, sellers that do stuff like that probably can't form cohesive sentences or articulate themselves properly. I should have known it was a hoax when everything was spelled properly.

In all 3 cases I would have the intelligence to ship only an empty box with tracking (albeit a big one for the Malibu), thus protecting me from chargebacks.
