i seriously doubt if he ever will attempt to do so without the threat of forceful law enforcement.
hello my name is harvo, i am looking for new trading friends, i have collected all four sports and would like to trade at least half of my collection, i have refractors,gu,autos,#serial and inserts, let me know who you like.
Win, as far as the basketball goes, he wanted me to send him the packs first, then he would refund me. I didn't want to send him the evidence in case this went any further, so I can't say for sure that he wouldn't have refunded me if I sent him the packs. Others have sent the packs back and gotten refunds.
im harvo, i know about him from another site, the name is kind of catchy, the business conducted is the same, as for the sarcastic remarks you can keep them for yourself.

requested via pm and never received refund for football. Told him I would be glad to send all cards back in return. I did not participate in the basketball I just realized I still have all the packs for the full 80's rip. What to do with those??

I got the football refund and returned the cards as well.

Did anyone other than me open the basketball packs? My packs looked ok so I opened them. I pulled some pretty good cards. There should have been at least 10 Jordans in the Fleer packs. I did get a Jordan sticker in the 87-88 pack. James
I emailed Gary first, then PM'd him requesting a refund for the football rip (I know some guys got their refunds).
It's been a few weeks and I received no response.
Yesterday, I filed a PayPal dispute. It immediately said the user would not be able to respond, so I would have to escalate it, whatever that means. So I escalated it. I doubt anything good will come from it.
He recently sold a couple 1983 PSA graded OPC packs with Gwynn & Sandberg RC showing, lol.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I did receive a full refund on the football rip even after opening all the packs. Actually, short of the 1985 water damage and the 1978's, the cards were in very nice condition. It was fun opening and nice to get the money back afterwards.
MAny people had their claim denied because they said it did not arrive. I did my claim stating the item was grossly different and I got a refund in 5 days.
I requested a refund for the Late 70's Early 80's baseball rip via PM and got no response. I filed a claim with Paypal for grossly different, but was 2 days too late for Paypal to care. I wish I had used my credit card instead of Paypal funds for the purchase!
Wow! I had "too much on my plate" so I passed on 80's junkie February RIPS, "at the last minute".
Well, I guess I'm glad I did pass him up, yikes!
I would have never expected a problem from Gary, as he seemed like a real gentleman & nice guy and sounded sincere in all his postings and to his PMs to me.
Bummer!

selling on ebay?
sounds like you folks should all make new, bogus, ironic Ebay names and destroy his feedback. Hypothetically of course
