Help, I'm clueless as to what this is..Mexican Gold Medal

Have a Mexican Medal. It feel like the same weight at a 50 peso. It has no writing on it that says it's gold. looks gold and feel dense enough.

Anyone know anything about it?

Weight, Amount of gold in it, value.

Here's a NGC encapsulated example at Panda America with a description that says it contains the same gold content as a 50 peso. It's listed as KM-M122A.
