UNC Mint Sets

yeah, ok this is a noob question. But I'm getting this stuff ready for sale, so I'd prefer to do it right vs. repost things or pizz someone off.

I've got 1963, 1964, 1970 UNC Mint sets.

These envelopes should have both P and D in them, and the red book price listed as: 1963 P-D = $15, is for both right?

or is that $15 for P , then $15 for D?

If you're looking at the Red Book you'll notice under the "Year" column header the date 1963 P-D. So the price associated with this Year, $15 is for both pliofilms containing all of the Philadelphia mint coins AND the Denver mint coins.
