What is a Fair price of $5 FDR Unc (raw) gold ?

I will be going to Coin show in Fremont in an hour or so. When I go there, I will look for an FDR $5 gold Commem in Uncirculated non-graded coin (raw).

I need advice on what is the most I should pay for this coin, $700, $650, or $550 ?
