If the US mint had a feedback system

Would you buy from them based on their feedback? I generally dont bash the mint and have been more than satisfied with the products that I have ordered but.... my last transaction with the mint was for some 2006 W unc silver eagles. I placed my order on 11/19/06 at that time expected delivery was 12/8/06. which quickly moved to 12/25/06. It is now 3/30/07 and I still dont have my order, I have contacted the order center and they have pretty much blown me off. I have contacted the consumers affairs office in Washington D.C. which was surprised to hear from a real person they got back to me in less than 24 hours with the answer to my question. The news was not good it seems that my coins were shipped to my old address of several years ago and then returned to the processing center, at least when they got them back they noticed that I didnt live at that address so they reshipped by DHL. Dhl shows that they are delivered so I called them and found out that it shows delivered to the US postal service but they dont know which post office they went to. This led me on a long and fruitless trek through all the post offices in my zip code, they managed to tell me that it has been scanned into the system but it could be in a post office in any state at this time since DHL tracking doesnt work with their software. The postal service says to contact the original sender for refund end of their story. Back to the processing center, they wont let me file a claim until 30 days from the DHL shipping date of 3/8/07 and then it will be 6-8 weeks for the claim to be investigated and refunded. Over all this transaction would get a neg. Anyone else have a simular horror story?

Everyone already knows how horrible the mint is when it comes to buying from them. And since buyers can't go anywhere else to get the coins right away, they really don't have much of a choice but to buy from them instead of waiting for an aftermarket.
