Misattributed 1825/2 quarter on ebay

Just wanted to draw attention to the Forum audience to an ebay auction for an 1825/2 quarter PCGS VF-20, that in fact is not an 1825/2 but is an 1825/3. The star to the right of the cap is too far away from the cap for it to be an 1825/2. Ebay auction #260102131563. The seller tries to dodge the issue by saying: "I have recieved a couple Emails claiming that this coin has not been attributed properly.The two people that Emailed both have a different idea of what variety this coin is.I am not an expert on Bust quarters.Please attribute the coin yourself.The coin and the slab pictured is the one you will receive."

Buyer beware.

I also saw it last night. Grading services routinely mislabel the 1825 Capped Bust Quarters. They would be better off only showing "1825", instead of trying to list the overdate.
