espn.com says he had surgery in Dallas to remove blod clotting from his left shoulder and repair some arteries. How will the Tigers do without Rogers for half the season (or more!)?

    I have had the feeling all off season that his awesome post season performance was him going out in a blaze of glory. My father, who is a Tiger fan since 1945, agreed.

    Too bad, hopefully he can put it back together. As far as Im concerned his name needs to be mentioned with Mark Prior from now on though.
