1969 Cello pack no o/c qualifier

I am new to this kind of stuff -is what this seller says true? I thought there was some ?'s raised when Gai graded these type of packs. The Santo is sweet but why no qualifier? Why no series? My Dad is a big Santo fan and would **** a brick if I gave him this for Xmas. Thanks for the help. Your friend, Mike

The 69 cello is PSA-graded which means Steve Hart has authenticated it as genuine, too.
