Completed 1960 Topps Football Set

I just picked up the last 2 commons I need to complete my 1960 Raw Football Set. This makes my 3rd complete 60's football set ( 1966 Topps and 1967 Philadelphia). I have 6 other sets still in various stages of completion with the 1963 Fleer PSA graded the closest to completion needing only 3 cards. Nice feeling to add another set to the complete list. Another one bites the dust. Joe

Unfortunately 3 of the biggies from the set. Looking for but can't afford at the moment, PSA 8's of Alworth RC Hofer and Dawson RC and HOFer. Both cards are in high demand for HOFER's sets, players sets and of course to complete this set. Last is Buoniconti HOFer and RC that is a bear to find in PSA 8 and prices reflect that. My goal is to pick up one a year for the next 3 years to complete the set.

Yes it was. Dav was kind enough to sell me his centered 7 when he bought his 8. I have a few of the tuffies in 8, and my set is sitting at 7.61. Didn't plan on competing on the registry, just wanted 1 completely graded set. Of course everyone would llike to have the best that they can afford.
