    The good clear scan shows some weak corners?
    Higher shipping maybe turned off some bidders?

    Also his 97 is from one bad feedback that looks retaliatory.

    Probably the bad scans gave somebody the idea that the card was a nice 7, the $10 one isn't that nice.

    Or it's just one of those ebay glitches!
