Almost there - one more coin and I will complete my first set!

It's nothing special, but I only need one more coin (1973-S Silver Ike) to complete my Proof Eisenhower set (here) . I can't wait to finally finish one, as I have too many started at the same time. Actually, I started several other sets (Proof Kennedy's, Franklins, and Walkers, and now Morgans) as I couldn't find coins I needed in my first set. Does anyone else do this?

For example, I started a basic set of Franklin's (here) but when I was at some coin shows, I could not find an appropiate Franklin to add to my set. So, I started working on another set, the short set of Walkers in MS64. Of course, that lead to other sets when I didn't see a Walker in MS64 or Franklin in MS64FBL that I needed at a particular show. This has lead me to have too many sets open at one time to work on. I personally would rather concentrate on just one set, maybe two sets, until they are complete. But sometime the right coin is not out there, so I end up starting more sets.

Do you have this problem? What do you do when you can't find the right coin?
