I forgot my Cy Young picks, so I edited my first post. Good choice on Hafner.

I don't know about that, but if the last few years are any indication, they will stink the first half, and then come back and make a run and make it interesting. They scared me to death last year.

I'll put in my 2 cents and say Angles over Mets in WS. I'll be surprised if OAK is very good this year after losing Zito and Thomas.

And now we have Carlos Lee, a healthy Morgan (hopefully), Luke starting, and if he continues to tear the cover off, Hunter Pence.

On paper and if all goes well, 1 through 5 could be one of the most potent in the NL.

    : says a prayer :

    AL East - BoSox
    AL Central - Twins
    AL West - Angles
    AL Wild Card - Yanks

    NL East - Phili
    NL Central - 'Stros
    NL West - Dodgers
    NL Wild Card - Cards

    AL MVP - Man-Ram image

    NL MVP - Lance Berkman

AL Cy Young - Johan Santana (I still can't believe we lost him in Rule 5 and only got $50k out of him image )

NL Cy Young - Roy Oswalt

World Series - 'Stros v BoSox... Clemens comes back to Houston and finishes his career winning the World Series image

I can see Berkman making a run at the MVP. I think he is the most underrated player in baseball. Why? Because I hate to see that sucker come up in a clutch situation.

On Pujols and the MVP - some lower tier star is going to have a breakout, career year and Pujols will probably come in second again.

No way the Yankees are going anywhere this year with all their pitching woes. I'm making the bold prediction that they don't even make the playoffs!

    AL East - Red Sox
    AL Central - Tigers
    AL West - Angels
    AL Wild Card - Twins

    NL East - Mets
    NL Central - Cardinals
    NL West - Dodgers
    NL Wild Card - Phillies

AL MVP - David Ortiz (Manny slumps in the summer while focusing on grilling)

    NL MVP - David Wright

AL Cy Young - Johan Santana

NL Cy Young - Chris Carpenter

World Series - Twins vs Mets; Mets in 6.

I was joking about the whole thing...except the Indians

    I am a Tribe fan.

I kinda hate predictions since you never know what will happen...how many had the Tigers and Cards in the World Series last year
