Lincoln Cent Error?

AnkurJAnkurJ Posts: 11,370 ✭✭✭✭
While searching through some rolls of lincoln cents today, I found 2 coins that looked a little odd. It might be hard to see from the picture, but there seems to be a line inside the edges that goes through the "In God We Trust". Take a close look and you will see what I mean.
Is this is a mint error or something else?

Perhaps coppercoins will chime in, but I believe I remember seeing/reading in his book that this is a form of die fatigue.

I had a similar '86 cent, the die erosion ran from about 7:00 - 5:00 on the obv. I believe the consensus when I posted mine was neat find, but worthless image
