Is it a spender or a keeper?

It's a keeper. I saw an error dealer had a few of these a couple years ago at somewhere around $60.

All cuds are keepers and that's much more true for post-1999 coins.
The mint has far fewer errors of almost all types getting out now days.

I occasionally get a roll from the bank (for doing laundry) and this was in one of the rolls.

I bought 2 of these for $10 a piece a while back. My Dealer has them BU for $23 now. If anyone wants one or more let me know.

nice find! I keep all errors, even minor ones that I find in circulation.
