Coin price please

Would someone please tell me what a very nice Morgan Dollar 1903-s pcgs-50 would sell for.

I see pcgs price guide says $2200.00, but i didn't know if that was close or not. Some times that is pretty close and times it is way off.

I am looking at one on the internet and wanted to just compare his price. I have searched the internet and this is a hard coin to find...

Greysheet bid is $1525.00 and ask is $1675.00. Hope this helps.
