67 Kennedy; Designation Review?

Is this one worth it? Right now PCGS said it's an MS65, no CAM/DCAM. I thought it would hit 67 CAM, shot DCAM. Now I see the rough neck, cheek chatter, and rough reverse shield. So 65 I can live with but no CAM/DCAM. Am I out of my mind here?

Based on Phil's photo, it looks Cameo to me.
IMHO, it needs deeper mirrors to make Deep Cameo.

I probably wouldn't bother sending it in.

PCGS is extremely tight right now. I just had an Accented Hair with cameo Stevie Wonder could see go no cam. Because of the value spread, it will be going back in.

As to your 1967 SMS, a designation review would be more for your own piece of mind then value increase. Not much of a bump at MS65CAM.

The devices looks frosty enough for a CAMDCAM designation, however from the pic, the fields do not look like they have enough "mirror" for a CAMDCAM 67 SMS coin. Some of the better 67's have fileds that approach the level of a proof.

Maybe the coin in hand has the requisite mirrors and the pic is misleading. Just my $.02 worth.
