Turnaround time for adding cards to the registry?

You guys that have longtime experience with PSA - what is the typical wait time for adding cards to a set or player registry? A couple months ago I requested that two PSA 10 Brett Butlers be added to my master set, and haven't heard anything back. I've got a third PSA 10 that I'm going to need to add as soon as it gets here. I sent a followup email to their SetRegistry@collectors.com address - is that even the right one? Thanks!
