Carbon spots on Lincoln Cent question ?

RarityRarity Posts: 1,464 ✭✭✭✭
How would I remove carbon spots on a Lincoln cent ?

And

If the cent has multiple spots on both sides, should I still pay 2x PCGS price list for it ?

Thanks.

No and No. Some claim that NCS will clean them off, but I have not seen it done to comment on. As far as 2X PCGS, there are not any coins I would pay 2X PCGS, well excepy for a couple of Matte Proof Lincolns were PCGS has the price way under value.

This is a MPL but it has quite a few black spots.
