he bought a 2005 FINEST XFRACTOR AUTOGRAPH MARION BARBER #FA-MB for $25 back in the middle of feb. (paid extra for insurance) took two weeks to send paypal payment. (march 5-6) card was mailed march 7th and a week after filed a complaint stating he did not get his card. He was told the PO won't do anything with claim for insurance until 30 days.
he emails daily demanding a refund. he even e-mailed ONE min after sending the first one saying "hello, where is my refund"?

i thought i read something about a catch me if you can in the past. can't find anything though
