Do all Paypal transactions charge fees?

I am selling a coin to another registry collector and am curious if
there are any transactions that do not incur fee's using Paypal?

In the past a transaction from a bank account did not charge a fee.

Thank you in advance
Mike

  • One thing I know.

    PAYPAL does NOTHING for FREE.

If they don't get you coming, they'll get you going.

If you have a personal PP account you can transfer money to another personal PP account or accept money [except credit card payments] from any PP account for free by using the cash advance option. This cash advance does NOT count towards the $500 monthly limit for personal accounts.

And there is no charge to you when you are the buyer on ebay auctions, paid using PayPal.
But if you sell on ebay and the buyer pays you using PayPal, it's another story.

My brother and Dad were happy when Kyle paid me for some ASEs. He sent a nice payment and there was only a $5 charge. I was expecting MUCH higher.

To answer the question. Yes, they all charge fees, but not everyone pays those fees.
