I lived in Vandalia for 13 years. Joe's always had a few nice postwar cards in their cases, but they were often priced quit high.
The place is primarily a coin store (Crossroads Coin I think) and Army/Navy collectibles place with a small area in the back that
does cards. It's just off I-75 if you decide to check it out.
There used to be a plce down at the fleamarket off Needmore Road exit of I-75, but I think they are gone for a while now.
They had a massive selection of just about everything you could imagine. I think the flea market is still there. They might
be able to tell you where the guy who had all the cards went.
Good luck.

Comics you have Mavericks as mentioned and also the Bookery in Fairborn. Sadly sports cards is a thing of the past for this area.
