After 9 1/2 years I doubt that it was something as simple as an expired CC.
The number of items they listed didn't vary much over the years, so I doubt that a big jump in selling volume was the cause. I just wonder if they got hit with the "send us your financial records to prove who you are and all your receipts to prove you are the owner of the items you are selling" message from eBay.

If it wasn't voluntary on Staples part, then the NARU is just stupid. They have a 99.9% feedback rating, have great coins and great customer service. So eBay NARUs them, sounds about right for them.

Having bought a number of coins from Staples over the years and having always received feedback (something most power sellers seem to neglect) I hope all is well. I only had one issue over the years and it was quickly resolved after just an email, no threats or broken promises. I wish all would be so complacent and understanding... Rick
