anyone tell me why 2 dates?

    3 July 1993 - The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) was established to replace the CBP (Central Bank of the Philippines) as the country’s central monetary authority. I would WAG that circulating coins of the Philippines from 1993 onwards had the BSP reverse with the 1993 date. image
