1975 Topps complete PSA set on e-bay....again!

For those of you who were interested in purchasing my 1975 Topps complete PSA set, I just wanted to inform you that I have relisted the set for a lower price with the buy it now/best offer feature. The reserve price was not met ($9250), so I decided to lower the price on the #10 current finest set.
I hope some of you guys are intertested.

Best of luck. Didn't you also complete a 1994 Flair Hot Gloves set? I did too!

Wouldn't this sell better piece meal?

In any event good luck Mike.

    Good for you.

Everything would sell better piecemeal but you get hosed on the high pop commons and the fees will kill you. Had the same problem with my 1972 football set. Sold it whole for about $300-$500 less than separatlely.

  • Yes I have the 94 flair hot gloves set too.
May want to sell that soon too!
  • Do you guys think this is a fair price? ($7500-$8000)

A fair price is what the market will pay.

Start it off at $0.99 and see where it goes image
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

I agree, I'd even throw in a bid or two.

I say try that if this still does not work. You may be surprised.

cosign it to a big auction house, negotiate 0% sellers juice and you will be surprised how much you get. that is the only way to go with high grade merchandise. a lot of big bidders don't have time to troll ebay but they all look through the catalog.

    Good luck Mike, great set!image
  • start the auction at 99 cents, but keep the reserve. generate some bids and interest.
