Being it is so infrequent we have shows I wanted to let the other Sacramentoians know. It's at Sunrise Mall. Both days I think. Not sure on times. I am going about 10 today.

The card "show" was of course not much. Maybe 20 dealers, lots of modern stuff, a little vintage, lots of crap pictures, beanie babies, etc.... I took my 4 year old son, 3 year old daughter and 6 year old nephew so I really didn't have time to look too carefully. Our nephew won a big autographed Dwight Clark "the catch" Sports Illustrated from '82 in the raffle at the show. It's framed. Looks nice. That was the highlight. Low light was going into KayBee Toys at the mall. Some guy, about 55 years old, was searching through EVERY single 2007 Topps rack pack. I said, in a very friendly voice, "I thought only kids searched packs." He replied that he was looking for a Matt Cain card for his boy. I guess I believe him but to see how easily he was thumbing through the rack packs made me wonder why I buy packs anywhere! Oh well.... Beautiful day in sunny Cali so I can't complain!
