Gorman Thomas: a message for young people:

Hilarious! This is DURING a game! The 1982 Milwaukee Brewers were truly blue-collar baseball at it's finest. Seated next to a guy packed in ice wrapped in his warm-up jacket and a coach with about six pounds of leaf in his jaw...classic!

image Sutton always says they were a lot like a softball team and that playing there was the most fun he ever had.

I think it may have been the cover of a Baseball Digest? in the late 70s or early 80s of Dave Parker standing in the dugout with a smoke.
  • Yank,
Yep. It's a Walter Ioos image. I actually own a 35mm duplicate of it. When I get a minute, I'll scan it in. I'm not allowed to sell it, however. The Gorman is all mine!

  • What does TTM mean? I am as ignorant when it comes to signing as...well, I'm ignorant.
  • TTM=Through the mail.
I collect autographs by mail so I wouldn't mind trying to get that one signed.
