Couple eBay questions

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find it.
Two eBay questions:
1) How do you do the search that just shows the negative feedback a seller has??
2) When you search for an item, you can click on the "buy it now" button that will just show the items that have a "buy it now". Is there a way to eliminate the "buy it now" options in your searches?? There's too many items that have a "buy it now" price that is equal to the opening bid price, and entirely too high to consider. I'd like to eliminate those, but I can't seem to find it.
