Hi Guys,
Can someone help me out a bit? I am planning to send in two Finest 2001-02 Topps Finest Moments Autograph cards. Since it's autographed and verified by Topps (sticker on the back of the card) will I be able to send the card through the "Regular" Service type even though on the Submission site it says Excludes autographed cards.
Appreciate the help!
