Here are the results of my attempt at low pop 1978's

I went through my stash of 1978's again and decided to submit some low pop numbers. Here are some pictures of the results:

My attempt at #481 Jackson Todd was futile. I got the first Jackson Todd PSA 9 from this stash....Sharp cards...Stupid wrinkles on the back

Here are the cards that graded 9 or better:

And some other cards of interest:

Overall I am pleased with the submission except for those wrinkles on the backs!

Although will say that there really is no such thing as a low pop 78 anymore with a couple of exceptions ..... that is a good thing!

I was really rooting for those Todd's krems ..... one of just two cards I need in PSA 9. Centering looks great on both and THAT is usually the problem with that card. Anyway, what a great sub!

Those Todd's were the best chance I had at a nine for that card. I have probably 30 or so raw of that card and the centering of the rest of them was horrible. I looked at the front of the cards for a while trying to find the wrinkle on nothing. Flipped it over and each card had the same paper wrinkle down the center. Oh well...I tried.

I decided to list the cards on ebay.

I just wanted to say that some of you guys have unbelievable sets. I was in the set registry checking out the top 10 or so sets and all I can say is wow! To have that many 9's and 10's in a set that is almost 30 years old is truely impressive. Keep up the good work. It is fun to watch the sets grow and to be upgraded.

I figured for now I will leave the 1978's to the experts image
