International Polar Year Set

I got my International Polar Year Stamp set in the mail today. It is gorgeous! Again this was one that was completely sold out with Canada Post, but I managed to find this one in Iceland. I am so pleased that I made such an effort to find the darn thing! This is another one that is going to sky rocket in value. Ebay values are already above what I paid. Woo Hoo!

And bonus, in the back of the booklet are coupons to be sent to each participating country for a free FDC.

    Most PO's have online ordering now, I like it!

    What I don't understand is delivery. I placed my order on March 1 and got it yesterday, so 21 days or so. I placed an order with a company in NY on Feb 20, (not stamps) and it's still enroute? I think I could walk to NY faster than that! image

    I don't remember ordering them but I got two from Iceland with some new issues I ordered.
