Help Please - Out of my league

I am a baseball card collector and NEVER had experience with a coin. In cleaning up, after 40 years, stuff from my father's estate I found this coin. I don't know what it is or what it worth or even if this is the proper forum. Any help would be most appreciated about (1) what it is, (2) ball-park what it is worth, and (3) recommendations on how to sell it.
Thank you,
Dave C.

Coins are a hell of a lot easier than cards.
Although dated 1915, it's a modern bullion issue, with 0.4430 oz of 0.986 Gold.
