If they are going to grade the first BS MS68FB since 2004, then this is likely to be the date/mintmark to see it happen.

After looking at 70 rolls of '06-P's (Knowing that this isn't alot) I would also have to guess that '06-D may just be the first MS68FB, although the '07-D's look mighty nice.
