This Thursday is my 27th b-day! Yay! :)

And me and wife will get four days off together (starting today) as well! My wife gave me a Puzz-3D, a new personal deep fryer (it's like the kind in resteraunts but much smaller and for personal use), DVDs, among other things. Plus once our tax refund arrives, I'll be able to try to find the nicest raw 1976 and 1977 Topps sets I can.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Another Vintage 1980er. Congrats!!! We've only got a few more years before we hit the 30's and lose all excuses for the dumb things we do. image I hit the big 2-7 in August of this year. I guess that also explains why my Topps collection is from 1980 onward and I collect coins from 1880. image That deep-fryer sounds really good. If I wasn't trying to trim some fat off, I'd head out right now and get me some fried cheese. image
I collect the elements on the periodic table, and some coins. I have a complete Roosevelt set, and am putting together a set of coins from 1880.
  • Happy Birthday! Enjoy your days off.

I originally was content with just 1980-present (still need 2005 and 2006 Topps sets though), but now I got the 1978/1979 sets and I'm gonna get the 1976/1977 ones once our tax refund arrives. Ideally, I hope to someday go at least back to 1974. Though 1970 would be even better still.
