ok ok misgrade of the year Mint 9 with paper loss

this has to be a mistake, looks like paperloss, I thought it was a watermark on the image HA!

    That is brutal. I agree it is a horrible misgrade and on a high end card no less. Here is one I found awhile back. It is only a four but no way it shouldn't geta qualifier.

    Yup.

    Could be a scuff or an errase, but I suspect it is not;
    because the "0" is just fine.

    I was thinking the same thing. If it's missing ink, that qualifies as having a minor print defect according to the PSA 9 standard, correct?
